Culture & Brand Alignment
Defining the Mission, Vision, Values & Lived Culture for an early-stage startup
My Role:
I led the team to collaboratively define the culture and norms that we wanted to live. I then brought those to life through aligned incentives, onboarding, documentation, decision-making processes, consequences, and leadership behaviors.
Culture was much more than words on a wall. It became a shared language, guiding decisions, building trust, and showing up in the day-to-day as the company grew.
Ethical Leadership in The Age of AI
I teach a recurring session in the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education High-Performing Leadership Class. The session can be adapted and customized for any organization.

Marketing Toolkit Design & Implementation
Chicago Booth is a highly decentralized organization, with hundreds of people communicating on behalf of the school, often without shared tools or consistency. I designed and implemented a comprehensive marketing toolkit that brought together brand positioning, audience journeys, identity guidelines, briefing templates, and industry insights into one clear, usable system.
The Results:
Stronger alignment across teams, clearer priorities, and a shared marketing language that improved consistency, efficiency, and confidence across the school. The work directly enabled the first integrated brand campaign, where I led the process, collaborating with the MBA program teams, the Research Centers, the Booth Leadership, and Professors.
Defining Sales Strategy, Processes, & Tools
Starting from a blank slate, I built KindWorks’ sales strategy end-to-end, defining the ICP, where and how to reach them, what to say, and how to say it. I designed the sales process, selected and implemented tools like HubSpot, and continuously evolved the approach by listening closely to customers and learning in real time.
The Results:
Created a scalable, insight-driven sales motion that attracted and converted major Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 brands.
